The Virginia Bicycling Federation’s board of directors
is recommending several minor revisions to the
organization’s bylaws, for approval by the VBF
membership assembled at its annual meeting on November
10, 2007 at noon.

Each fall and spring, Virginia’s Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB)
holds a series of public hearings around Virginia to solicit citizen
input on transportation projects, programs, and policies. A strong
presence of bicyclists at these hearings will help advance a more
bicycling-friendly Virginia.
