  • I don’t live in Loudoun County, but I use the roads and W&OD trail in the Sterling area, and I have to say the section between the W&OD and Shaw on Sterling Blvd. and Pacific Blvd in the vicinity of Waxpool are two areas I’ve definitely wished had better bike accommodations in the past (both involve things like sidewalks that just end, dividers in bad places for bikes, no shoulder, etc). If these are at all representative, it seems like they’ve identified good areas to work on.

  • Loudoun county is very bikers UNfriendly. Many 100 miles riders, including me got stop sign violation ticket during the June 5th Cure De Tour fund raising for American Diabetes association in the Town Center. We should have gotten support, instead we got penalty from your county.

  • I was told by a friend friend that the Loudoun county did similar thing during another cycling fund raising event in 2009. The Loudoun county must have used all the fund raising events to bank for its Treasury department.

It is very disguesting behavior as a County.
