VDOT and the Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) have scheduled a series of public hearings about the 2014-2019 Six-Year Improvement Program.
Recent major changes in both federal and state transportation funding present new challenges for bike-ped. But with change comes opportunity. We need some good bike advocates to attend these meetings, to ask good questions and make productive comments.
